- Login with Branch UID and DOI
- New Patient ->Consult your Doctor
- Select Category for which you want to consult
- Enter Details of Patient Name, Email , Symptoms i.e.; Problem in Short. Attaching required document (if needed)
- Wait for Doctor’s Reply…
- Patient can check their status by invoking “View Existing Consultation”
- Kindly note that you may be asked to join Video Call with doctor if needed. For this you would need zoom installed on a device/computer with microphone and camera.
